Stone & Setting Repairs

How We Can Help

You do not need to know the technical name of the repair. Send us photographs and a short description of the problem, or bring the item to our workshop and we can assess it.

Stone and Claw Work

Loose stones are often caused by worn claws, damaged settings or impact. Re-tipping or rebuilding claws can be more important than simply tightening the stone, because the objective is to restore secure metal around it. Replacement stones are matched as closely as practical for size, shape and appearance. Where a certified or high-value diamond is involved, additional sourcing and verification may be required.
