Before You Post
Please do not post anything to us until we have replied with your reference and posting instructions.
Quotations are free and no work begins until you approve the price in writing.
Repair Terms
Repair quotations, workshop work, customer stones, working with customer gold and uncollected repairs are covered by our Repair Terms & Conditions (Part W of the Gold Factory Terms & Conditions).
Returning Your Jewellery
When the repair is complete, your jewellery is prepared for return using the agreed delivery method. See Delivery Information.
