You do not need to know the technical name of the repair. Send us photographs and a short description of the problem, or bring the item to our workshop and we can assess it.
Ring Resizing
Many rings can be resized, but not every design can. Stone settings, patterned bands, hollow construction, mixed metals, full-eternity stones and the amount of size change can affect what is technically possible. We confirm feasibility and cost after assessment. We do not advertise a universal free first resize because the work required varies considerably.

5. We Repair Your Jewellery
Once authorised, your jewellery goes into the workshop.
6. Your Jewellery Is Returned
When the repair is complete, your jewellery is prepared for return using the agreed delivery method.

Can you quote from a photograph?
Photographs can help us understand the repair, but some jewellery needs to be physically inspected before the work and final price can be confirmed.
Do you repair watches?
No. We specialise in jewellery repairs and do not repair watches.
Do you resize rings?
Yes, where technically possible. The price depends on the ring and the work required.
Is the first ring resize free?
No blanket free-resize promise applies. Whether a resize is possible and what it costs depends on the item and work required.
What happens before you start work?
The jewellery is assessed and the repair is confirmed before authorised work proceeds.
