Once you approve the work, we schedule it into the workshop.
4. Workshop repair or restoration
Our jewellers carry out the repair or restoration with care.
5. Quality check
The finished item is checked before release.
6. Collection or dispatch
Collect in store or have the item securely dispatched.
No same-day repair promises Every repair is assessed individually. We do not offer same-day repairs because testing, preparation, workshop time, stone work, finishing and quality checks vary from item to item. |

Can you quote from a photograph?
Photographs can help us understand the repair, but some jewellery needs to be physically inspected before the work and final price can be confirmed.
Do you offer same-day repairs?
No. Turnaround depends on the item and work required.
