Repair Knowledge Built in the Workshop
Jewellery repairs are not an add-on service for us. Our family background is rooted in jewellery making and workshop work, and we understand how pieces are constructed, where they commonly fail and when a repair is sensible compared with restoration or replacement. We work on jewellery from Gold Factory and jewellery purchased elsewhere, subject to inspection and technical suitability.

Jewellery can have both financial and sentimental value. Every repair should therefore begin with proper assessment of the jewellery, its construction, stones and existing condition.

Workmanship and Customer Rights
We do not advertise a blanket additional repair warranty covering every type of work for a fixed period. Repairs, stones, customer-supplied items and existing wear vary too much for that to be meaningful. This does not remove your statutory rights. If you believe there is a problem with work we carried out, contact us so the item can be inspected and the circumstances assessed.
