Gold Factory Rewards

How it works

Every time you buy from us you earn Reward Points. 100 points are worth £1.00 off a future purchase. The more you spend with us over time, the higher your level and the faster you earn.

For example, a £1,000.00 order earns 1,000 points as a Silver member, worth £10.00.

When your points arrive

1. You place an order while signed in. Your points are shown straight away as on their way.
2. Once your order is complete, the points are ready to spend and your total spend moves up.
3. When your total spend reaches the next level, every order after that earns at the higher rate.

Good to know

• Points are earned on the price of the items you buy, not on delivery, on discounts, or on rewards you spend on the same order.
• Bullion, Clearance, Labour Free and Auction products do not earn points, and Gold Rewards cannot be spent on them.
• Gold Bank TOP UPs do not earn points, and Gold Rewards cannot be used to pay for them.
• Points are taken back if items are returned and refunded.
• To spend your rewards, tick "Use my Gold Rewards" at checkout. Rewards are used when you pay the full price, so not with Click & Reserve.
• Points earned on an order cannot be spent on that same order.
• Rewards can pay for up to one tenth of an order. For example, £10.00 of rewards can be used on an order of £100.00 or more.
• You need to be signed in when you order for the points to be added to your account.
