How It Works
Three steps, and you can see every one of them in your account.
1. Set up or Top up your payments
Set up a standing order, pay (top up) by card in your Gold Bank account or pay in store. Deposits are non refundable.
2. Your money books gold
We use your payment as a deposit to book gold on the day payment is received. As soon as your account is charged, your Gold Bank reflects it immediately.
3. Track your balance
You can see your balance on your Gold Bank account with clear milestone figures.
Using Your Gold
Spend it on jewellery by its value, or take it as a bar by its weight.
On jewellery
Your grams are valued at the live price on the day you buy and that money comes off your order. If gold has risen since you paid in, you get the benefit.
On bullion
The weight itself comes out of your balance, so a 10g bar takes 10g. If you want delivery, postage and insurance apply. There is no postage or insurance if you collect from our showroom. You will simply have to pay towards the Premium charge depending what product you buy.
Bars from 10g
You can buy bars from 10g. Keep topping up your account until you reach the bar weight level you want.
Your record
Every payment, purchase and redemption is recorded with the date, the amount, the gold price used, the grams in or out and the balance either side. You can see the whole history in your account at any time. Full transparency.

Your account always shows how close you are to your next bar, worked out at today’s live gold price. For example:

Use Gold Bank at checkout
Jewellery: use the full current value of your Gold Bank balance towards gold jewellery. Shop as normal and tick “Use my Gold Bank balance” at checkout.
Bullion: Use your gold weight towards bullion. Collection = premium only. Delivery = premium + postage + insurance.
