Ring Size Guide
Measure an existing ring or the intended finger, then compare the result with UK ring sizes.
Method 1: Measure a Ring That Fits
- Choose a ring that fits the same finger on the same hand.
- Lay the ring flat.
- Measure straight across the empty space inside the ring from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge.
- Record the inside diameter in millimetres.
- Compare the result with the UK ring size reference table below.

Method 2: Measure the Finger
- Use a narrow non-stretch strip of paper or a flexible measuring tape.
- Wrap it around the base of the finger where the ring will sit.
- Keep it comfortably snug without compressing the skin.
- Mark where the ends meet and measure the length in millimetres.
- Repeat the measurement and compare the circumference with the table.

Fit Can Vary
- Measure the exact finger and hand where the ring will be worn.
- Finger size can change with temperature and swelling, so avoid measuring when your hands are unusually hot, cold or swollen.
- A broader ring can feel tighter than a narrower ring at the same nominal size.
- The ring must pass over the knuckle while still fitting securely at the base of the finger.
Resizing
