Every UK order is sent by secure, insured and tracked delivery: £14.99 for orders under £300.00, otherwise £19.99, and on orders above £2,500.00 we add 2% of the amount over it. Collection from our Slough showroom is only available with Click and Reserve (10% deposit, balance in store). Orders paid by card, bank transfer, Gold Bank Account or Lay Buy are delivered.
Every order is delivered to the billing address only, and orders over £300 are subject to a security check before they are sent.
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange most pieces, as long as they are unworn, complete and in their original packaging.
