Sending items to us by post
  1. Contact us before you post. Call 01753 536800 or use the online form for your service. We give you a reference and confirm the postal service and insurance to use.
  2. Take photos of all items before sending. Photograph every piece, front and back, with any hallmarks, and keep the photos until the service is finished.
  3. Print and fill in the postal form. One line per item, with its weight if you know it. Sign it, put it in the parcel and keep a copy for yourself.
  4. Pack securely. Wrap each piece, use a small sturdy box, and never write "gold" or "jewellery" on the outside.
  5. All parcels are opened under video recording. We check what arrives against your form and contact you before anything else happens.
