CAD Design
Where CAD is appropriate, you receive a digital design/render to review before manufacture. Changes can be discussed before final approval.
Custom Design
Bespoke jewellery is for customers who do not want to compromise on an off-the-shelf design. You may have a clear drawing, a photograph, an heirloom you want to reinterpret or simply an idea that needs developing. We can work from any of these starting points.
Engraving
Names, initials, dates, messages and other engraving can be added where the piece is suitable. Engraving is not a same-day service, so allow time for personalisation.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Availability changes, and out-of-stock designs can often be ordered through our Pre-Order / Made-to-Order process.
Remodelling Old Jewellery
If a family piece has sentimental value, speak to us before deciding to melt or sell it. Repair, restoration, remodelling and part exchange are all different options and the right choice depends on what you want to preserve.
In some projects we can work with a customer’s own gold. This needs to be discussed before the order is confirmed because old jewellery often contains solder and mixed alloys.
Stone Setting
We offer both natural and laboratory-grown diamonds and can source certified stones from various recognised laboratories depending on the stone. Gemstones can also be incorporated where suitable.
