Can I insure my jewellery?
Yes, if you want your jewellery insured. The insurance / valuation charge depends on the value of your jewellery, and the annual charge including insurance is payable in advance. Both are shown in our prices above.
Can someone else collect my jewellery?
No. We do not allow third-party access or collections, so only you can access or collect your jewellery.
Do I need to bring ID every time?
Yes. Original ID is required on every visit.
How much notice do I need to access my jewellery?
We need a minimum of 3 days’ notice before you can access your jewellery.
What happens when my bag is opened?
A bag cannot be reused once it has been opened.
